HMS put this 225hp radio remote controlled Twin Thruster through a series of testing manuevers; Below are four additional video clips of the machine being tested. The operator is walking around on the barge and controlling the Thruster with a hand held radio control pack.

 Hydraulic Marine Systems' most recent Heavy Duty Twin Drive Thruster is powered by a Caterpillar C7-275HP Turbo charged Tier III Industrial Diesel engine, equipped with Sauer-DanFoss 90 Series 75cc tandem pumps and 130cc Fixed Drive Motors. This unit has long reach drive legs, allowing 10' of reach from the barge deck to centerline of the propellers (or more if desired!)
